Meet the Founder
Alan Martin didn't start out behind a desk. He began his working life in grounds keeping, moved up to HVAC technician, then became an electrician, all before earning a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
That hands-on start shaped nearly 30 years of engineering across automotive, aerospace, agricultural automation, consumer products and imaging. At Eastman Kodak, Alan led teams building automated production equipment for printhead manufacturing, earned 2 patents and 3 corporate trade secrets, and cut more than $1 million a year in production costs through process improvements and waste reduction.
Manufacturing engineering is about removing every wasted step until a process just works. That is exactly how SurveyByAI was built: no unnecessary clicks, no forced sign-ups for a simple survey, and no surprises on the bill.
Away from the keyboard, Alan is a father of two and a proud grandfather to his granddaughter. He lives and works in Tipp City, Ohio.
